Hey hey hey. This week went over well. Real well actually. It started out with a phone call from the owner of our apartment. She told us she was going to come by with a repair man to fix some stuff. We had to waste a day in the pension so that we wouldn´t get robbed, but it was worth it. We now have hot water! And-They are coming back to redo the bathroom. They are gonna gut it. SWEEETT. The woman was really sharp and snappity. Knows what she is doing and does it. We had a nice chat about how here in Chile, women have equal rights and can work if they want. She was real proud of her obvious success as a business woman.
The next great thing that happened was vacations ended. Our progressing investigators are back! One family is so ready to get baptized. I am excited about them. The Arcos family. The daugther Kata will have a fecha this week. Hopefully the whole family can follow her example. Today we are in Maipu, because Elder Smith is saying his goodbyes. For that reason, I won´t write too much. Don´t wanna waste his day. But to make it quick, this week was awesome. We found a lot of new investigators and finally got in contact with our old investigators. The work is picking up fast. Next week comes my new companion. Dun Dun Dun. Quick spiritual thought comes from Alma. In chapter 55 I believe is when the 2000 stripling warriors defend their families. They didn´t doubt that their mothers knew it. Such a great story. I´d encourage everyone to read it if they have a moment.
